Since 2011, Lyn has been immersed in the field of healing and natural wellness. Through her own mental and physical health struggles that ended her career as a forensic DNA scientist and nearly took her life, she was intuitively guided to leave traditional symptom-based medicine and heal herself through many of the alternative modalities she now offers her clients. Fascinated by Eastern medicine, quantum science, energy, the power of the mind, the wisdom of the body, and the incredible changes she was able to make in her own life, she now shares all she has learned to help those ready to heal on a foundational level, balancing the mind, body, and spirit.

"We are intricately and intrinsically interconnected within and with everything around us. My work with clients keeps this universal truth in mind and takes a psycho-spiritual-scientific approach that utilizes proven neuroscience-based mindfulness and breathwork practices, guided visualization and imagery, altered states of consciousness, intuition, and subtle energy healing techniques.

I believe one of my highest offerings is that I have been through the trenches myself, "forged in the fire" as some call it. My qualifications to assist others don't just come from books or a classroom. I have lived it. I survived a childhood riddled with trauma, illness, and emotional neglect that led to cPTSD, multiple attempted suicides, and dysfunctional patterns that wreaked havoc in my body, mind, and life that I had to face, uncover, unravel, and heal. I bring this vast experience into my work with my clients and it makes a difference. It gives me an ability to be fully present in a way that is palpable. I listen and hold space with an open heart in complete non-judgment. 

I believe that we all have the power and innate potential to heal. We are miraculous by design and powerful beyond comprehension. Every cell in our bodies is listening to and responding to our thoughts. Thoughts are things. They are energy. They create the life we see on the outside and the life we feel on the inside. If these aren't to our liking, we do have the power to change. 

As your facilitator, I will be listening to and helping you re-awaken to your immense power, inner wisdom, innate gifts, and wholeness.
