Since 2011, I’ve been immersed in the world of healing and natural wellness. My path began through necessity—my own mental and physical health struggles ended my career as a forensic DNA scientist and nearly cost me my life. Traditional, symptom-based medicine offered me little hope, so I turned inward and followed my intuition. That inner guidance led me to explore alternative healing, where I discovered practices that not only saved me but transformed me.

Along the way, I became fascinated by Eastern medicine, quantum science, energy, the power of the mind, and the wisdom of the body. I witnessed incredible changes in myself, and now I share these approaches with others who are ready to heal at the root—bringing mind, body, and spirit back into balance.

My work is grounded in the truth that we are intricately interconnected—within ourselves and with everything around us. Each session reflects that awareness, weaving together neuroscience-based mindfulness and breathwork, guided visualization and imagery, altered states of consciousness, intuition, and subtle energy healing techniques.

One of my greatest strengths as a facilitator is that I’ve been “forged in the fire.” My qualifications don’t only come from textbooks or certifications—I’ve lived this path. I survived a childhood marked by trauma, illness, and emotional neglect, which led to cPTSD, multiple suicide attempts, and destructive patterns that wreaked havoc on every level of my being. I had to face, unravel, and heal it all. Because of that, I bring more than skills into my work—I bring presence. I hold space with a wide-open heart and complete non-judgment, listening deeply and fully. Clients feel that.

I believe with every fiber of my being that we are miraculous by design and powerful beyond comprehension. Every cell of our bodies is listening to and responding to our thoughts. Thoughts are energy—they shape the life we feel inside and the life we see outside. And if we don’t like what we see or feel, we absolutely have the power to change it.

As your facilitator, my role is to help you remember this truth. To guide you back to your inner wisdom, your innate gifts, your wholeness, and your immense power. Choosing this work is no small step—it is courageous, it is life-changing, and it is a profound act of love for yourself. Not everyone is willing to look within and face what’s there, but you are. That makes you a warrior, and it would be my honor to walk beside you on this journey.
